Role Description/Criteria
The Associate Year Level Leader works collaboratively with the Year Level Leader and Student Growth Leader to support student wellbeing, engagement and learning growth within the year level. The role contributes to the implementation of a coordinated Wellbeing for Learning approach through student support, restorative practices, family engagement and year level culture building. As an emerging leader, the Associate Year Level Leader helps foster a culture of belonging, high expectations and care, ensuring students are known, supported and empowered to thrive.
