Padua College provides a contemporary Catholic secondary co-education for young people within the regions of the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Bay. Our College was founded by the Sisters of Mercy and is named after St Anthony of Padua. About the role
The Vice Principal 鈥 Mission, Formation & Social Justice is a senior member of the College Improvement Team and works in close partnership with the Principal, Vice Principals and Heads of Campus to provide strategic and visible leadership of the Catholic identity, mission, formation and faith life of the College.
The role is responsible for ensuring that the mission of the College as a Catholic educational community is authentically expressed through leadership, culture, learning, formation, prayer, liturgy, social justice, service, stewardship and engagement with the broader Church and community.
Grounded in the person and teachings of Jesus Christ and the mission of the Church, the Vice Principal 鈥 Mission, Formation & Social Justice actively promotes and integrates the Mercy and Franciscan charisms of the College as authentic expressions of the Gospel. The role provides visible leadership in fostering a culture of welcome, dignity, inclusion, encounter, accompaniment and hope consistent with Catholic Social Teaching and the vision of the contemporary Church.
The Vice Principal 鈥 Mission, Formation & Social Justice provides strategic leadership aligned with the mission priorities, policies, frameworks and strategic directions of Melbourne 蜜桃视频 Catholic Schools, the broader mission of Catholic education and the contemporary Church remaining deeply grounded in the identity and values of Padua College.
The role requires initiative, active engagement and collaborative leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of Mission-centred programs, partnerships, formation experiences, and outreach initiatives across the College community.
The Vice Principal 鈥 Mission, Formation & Social Justice is expected to model professional integrity, visible and active engagement in College life, collaborative leadership and a strong commitment to the mission, values, and strategic priorities of Catholic education.
SALARY REMUNERATION: Pursuant to the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
