As a Classroom Teacher, you will play a key role in building a culture of high expectations, strong relationships and consistent, evidence-informed practice across the school.

What You’ll Do
- Create a structured, supportive classroom environment where every student can succeedÂ
- Plan and deliver clear, engaging lessons using explicit teaching practicesÂ
- Monitor student progress and provide regular, meaningful feedbackÂ
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency of curriculum and practice
- Build positive partnerships with families and contribute to a strong school communityÂ
- Support the wellbeing and pastoral care of students in line with Catholic valuesÂ
We’re Looking For
- Commitment to Catholic education and school missionÂ
- Strong knowledge of the Victorian CurriculumÂ
- Skilled, explicit classroom practice and a focus on student growthÂ
- Collaborative, proactive approach in a foundation school setting
- Teachers for Foundation, 1/2, 3/4 and 5/6
- A clear commitment to Catholic education and the mission of the ChurchÂ
- Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and effective classroom practiceÂ
- Confidence in delivering structured, explicit teaching that improves student outcomesÂ
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to contribute to a foundation school
- A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of students and families
