The MacKillop College Wyndham Vale Campus represents an exciting new chapter in the College's history. Purpose-built to meet the growing demand for Catholic education in Melbourne's west, the campus will open progressively beginning in 2028 and will provide innovative learning spaces, and exceptional opportunities for students and staff. About the role Ìý
MacKillop Catholic College is embarking on an exciting new chapter with the establishment of a Primary School in Wyndham Vale, extending our commitment to Catholic education from Foundation to Year 10. Commencing in advance of the school's opening in 2028, This newly created leadership position presents a rare opportunity for an exceptional educator to shape and lead a new learning community from its inception.Ìý

As a member of the College Leadership Team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal and other senior leaders to develop the educational, pastoral and operational foundations of the Primary School. From articulating a compelling vision for learning and fostering a vibrant Catholic culture, to designing contemporary curriculum and pedagogy, and building strong partnerships with families, this role will influence every aspect of the school's establishment and ongoing success.

The Deputy Principal: Head of Primary School will guide the development of a school recognised for educational excellence, innovation and care. They will also contribute to the broader leadership of MacKillop Catholic College, strengthening continuity of learning and fostering a seamless educational journey from Foundation to Year 12.
