Role Description/Criteria
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Compliance & Enrolment Officer to join our school community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small team environment, shows initiative, maintains confidentiality and builds positive relationships with families and staff.
This position plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring our school remains compliant, safe and well organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage school compliance requirements including OHS, risk management, contractor compliance and policy updates
- Coordinate Essential Safety Measures (ESM) checks and annual audits
- Maintain registers (Working with Children Checks, training, chemicals, electrical tagging, asbestos, etc.)
- Support medical compliance processes, including maintaining student medical records and medication registers
- Manage enrolment processes from enquiry through to onboarding
- Maintain enrolment data, waiting lists and student records (eSIS)
- Coordinate Prep enrolments, school tours and transition processes
- Support Year 7 transition processes
- Provide general administrative support and assist with attendance, census and school communications

Essential Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check and Police check
- Experience in compliance, risk management or administration (highly regarded)
- Experience working with families in a school or community setting
- High level organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional manner
