Role Description/Criteria

Key Selection Criteria:
- A commitment to the ethos, values and mission of Catholic education
- A commitment to Child Safety including the efficient implementation and record keeping of first aid processes and procedures
- Previous experience in administration and finance preferred; ideally in a school setting, (but not required)
- Well-developed organisation, planning and coordination skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and to handle multiple demands effectively and efficiently
- Proficient use and sound knowledge of general IT systems and applications including spreadsheets and databases and other record keeping platforms
- Excellent communication skills including:
- the capacity to communicate effectively with all members of the school community, in a friendly manner, with an attention to detail;
- demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- excellent telephone manner and ability to follow up
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationÌý
- Ability to work with ICON ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ Shared Services Centre daily to complete all tasks
- A willingness to be involved in the life of the school and have a flexible, positive approach to the role
