Role Description/Criteria
St Mary's is a school of approximately 260 students 40km north of Melbourne. The northern corridor is the most rapidly growing area of Melbourne, and brings new and exciting opportunities in education.

Applicants require:
- A commitment to Catholic education and an understanding of the leadership role in Catholic education
- Evidence of qualifications additional to initial teacher education showing a committment on ongoing professional learning and development
- Relevant experience in Catholic parish primary schools, or currently in a role associated with and supporting Catholic parish primary schools
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education
- An ability to work with a dedicated team to plan for teaching and learning
- An understanding of the ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement and an ability to lead the embedding of these within the school.
- Effective interpersonal and organisational skills
- A commitment to Child Safe Standards and the wellbeing of children
- Current VIT registration.
