Mount Lilydale Mercy College is seeking a faith-filled, visionary leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Deputy Principal – Head of Mission for the commencement of 2026.

In this pivotal role, you will lead and nurture the Catholic identity, mission and Mercy charism of the College, ensuring it is authentically lived through:

  • Faith formation and spiritual life for students and staff
  • Religious Education programs (Years 7–12)
  • Prayer, liturgies, retreats, and works of mercy
  • Social justice initiatives and community engagement

About You
You are a practising Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic education, experienced in leadership and passionate about inspiring others to live their faith in action. You will bring strategic vision, authenticity and the capacity to build meaningful relationships within a vibrant school community.
