Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact mathematics programs that reflect current research, curriculum standards and the diverse needs of learners.
- 聽Evidence of successfully embedding consistent, evidence-based approaches to mathematics instruction that raise student achievement.
- Ability to model effective practice, provide constructive feedback and build teacher capacity through collaborative planning, observation and mentoring.
- Proven ability to collect, analyse and use student data to inform instructional decisions, measure growth and plan targeted interventions.
- Ability to work effectively with leadership teams, teachers and support staff to align curriculum, ensure inclusive practice and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, stay informed of emerging research and introduce innovative strategies that enhance mathematics teaching and learning.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education, be familiar and comply with the school's Child-Safe Policy and Code of Conduct.聽

Special Requirements
- Full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- A willingness to obtain accreditation to teach in a Catholic School
