Role Description/Criteria

The Director of Wellbeing & Positive Behaviours works in close collaboration with the Deputy Principal - Students. Provides strategic leadership in strengthening the connection between student wellbeing and learning outcomes by designing and guiding the implementation of a sequential, whole-school Wellbeing Program.

The Director is committed to fostering a culture that reflects the College's mission to educate the whole person. In partnership with key stakeholders, they support the holistic development of each student, guided by the Jesuit principles of Cura Personalis - care for the entire individual.

As a member of the Student Wellbeing Team, Teacher Development Team and both the Junior and Senior Pastoral Teams, the Director plays a strategic role in embedding wellbeing, learning and faith development across the College. They work with staff to implement contemporary, effective approaches to positive behaviours for learning and promote a culture that supports the development of the whole person in line with Jesuit Values.

This is an ongoing teaching position with a Level 4 Position of Leadership (POL). POL tenure from 2026 to 2029. Commencement date 27 January 2026.
