Role Description/Criteria
This 12 month contract position commences in Term 2, 2026 or by negotiation. This role will be split across 2 locations - Holy Spirit Community School in Ringwood Nth and Sacred Heart Primary School in Croydon. Please note, there is the option for ongoing work at Sacred Heart at 0.60 FTE after the 12 month contract expires.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
– experience in finance administration in a Victorian Catholic School setting would be preferred
- the capacity to manage the finance administration of the school office, including budgeting and payroll
– high-level organisational skills and the capacity to work within a team
– high-level communication and collaborative skills, with staff, students and parents
Special requirements:
All new staff are required to complete an induction process prior to the commencement of employment and comply with the school’s Code of Conduct and Child Safe Policy.
