Role Description/Criteria

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our collaborative team environment. The position is for three days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (with some flexibility if required).
Key Selection Criteria:
- A commitment to the ethos, values and mission of Catholic education
- A commitment to Child Safety including the efficient implementation of related procedures and record keeping
- Previous experience in administration essential, and if in finance, highly regarded, ideally in a school setting
- Well-developed organisation, planning and coordination skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and to handle multiple demands effectively and efficiently in a team based environment
- Proficient user of IT systems and programs as outlined in the attached Role Description
- Excellent communication skills including:
- the capacity to communicate effectively with all members of the school community, in a friendly manner, with an attention to detail;
- ability to work effectively as part of a team demonstrating, flexibility, emotional intelligence and bringing a sense of positivity to the school;
- excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to attend to the key functions of the role description.
