We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Marketing and Development to join our team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead our Marketing & Development function and strengthen our mission to provide an exemplary and holistic education within the Catholic tradition.

Ìý¸é±ð²õ±è´Ç²Ô²õ¾±²ú¾±±ô¾±³Ù¾±±ð²õ:

  • Lead the delivery of the College’s Marketing and Development Plan.
  • Drive campaigns and maintain College style and branding standards.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and monitor media activity.
  • Align marketing initiatives with enrolment goals in partnership with the Enrolments Manager.
  • Build relationships with local primary schools and support enrolment and transition processes.
  • Lead alumni engagement, events and communication.
  • Coordinate key College marketing events and support staff to ensure alignment with College values.
  • Uphold and promote Child Safety requirements in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a small team.
  • Experience in strategic marketing and communications, with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to represent and promote the Catholic ethos and culture of John Paul College.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-effective campaigns.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media; experience with SIMON, EMS360, OneNote and Teams is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and required safety checks (WWCC and National Criminal Record Check).
  • Commitment to Child Safety Standards and ensuring a child-safe environment.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, ongoing position
  • Commencing as soon as possible
  • Category C, Education Support Employee under the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022, with an entitlement of 7 weeks' leave per school year.
  • Flexibility to meet operational needs; some out of hours work (including weekends) will be required.
