Role Description/Criteria

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated educator who is passionate about teaching Science. Applications are invited from beginning and experienced educators, keen to join our dedicated team of teachers. The successful applicant will be required to work 0.2 on Thursdays.
The successful applicant will:
- be committed to developing positive and constructive relationships with all members of our school community
- have the capacity and the dispositions to work collaboratively as part of our teaching team
- be committed to ongoing professional learning and open to feedback
- have a sound knowledge and understanding of current best practice and pedagogy that promotes curiosity, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking
- have the capacity to create and maintain a learning environment where all students are inspired, engaged, supported and valued
- cater for a diverse range of learning needs through program planning and delivery
- be committed to the ethos and values of the Catholic school
- have a sound knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum - Science.
The Science teaching position is currently a 'fixed term' position for the duration of the 2026 school year.
