Role Description/Criteria
This role will support the LEaD Team in administrative duties. Specifically, but not only, it exists to maintain and manage NCCD Data, including assessments, Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), parent meetings, teacher NCCD evidence and well-being information.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Support the entry, tracking, and maintenance of relevant data to the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD), including assessments, Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), Special Provisions and Teacher NCCD evidence, and wellbeing information.
- Upload documentation to student learning profiles and ensure all relevant documentation related to student needs is collected and uploaded.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning Diversity Leaders and facilitate student data collation and evidence gathering during the Moderation phase of the NCCD.
- Assist the Learning Diversity Leaders and NCCD Case Managers with data collation and management using various Information Management Systems.
