The Role
Ìý

This position provides frontline IT Help Desk support to students, staff and parents and assists in maintaining the College IT systems and technology. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic problem solver, with experience as a Helpdesk Technician demonstrating a high level of customer service.

The Helpdesk Technician works in collaboration with a small team to provide a high level of customer service to the College students, staff and parents.

This role will appeal if you enjoy developing relationships and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and possess a strong client service orientation. This role involves a high degree of interaction with Years 7 to 12 students in relation to Macbook queries, together with troubleshooting a variety of issues, multi tasking across priorities and facilitating requests from college staff regarding hardware and software/multi function devices.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated IT experience across a broad IT environment. A relevant IT support qualification preferred.
