We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Leadership Team as Director of Learning and Teaching P–12. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the School’s learning culture, leading curriculum innovation, and ensuring excellence in teaching and learning across all year levels. ÌýThis is a full time role offering an Ongoing Teaching Contract overlaid with a 5 year leadership POL tenure.

Deep knowledge of Victorian Curriculum, VCE and contemporary learning researchÌý

About the Role

This Leadership role will provide the opportunity to:Ìý

Guide whole school curriculum direction, innovation and alignment with the Strategic PlanÌý

Model exemplary practice and lead pedagogical improvement Build capability, lead performance culture, mentor leaders Ensure high quality programs, documentation and reporting P–12 Lead analysis of NAPLAN, VCE and internal data to improve outcomesÌý

Oversee VCE operations, SEAS/Special Provision, and career education partnershipsÌý

Strengthen relationships with students, staff and familiesÌý

Collaborate to shape school direction and operational priorities
