Role Description/Criteria
About the Role
The Office Manager / Enrolments Officer is responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the school office
- Managing administrative systems and ensuring compliance (SIMON, Synergetic, eSIS, ICON)
- Overseeing student records, attendance processes and general administration
- Coordinating all enrolment processes from enquiry to commencement
- Supporting the Principal and Leadership Team with administrative and operational needs
- Supervising and supporting administration staff, including induction and ongoing development
- Managing communication platforms (SIMON Everywhere, PAM, email) and supporting school communications
- Acting as the first point of contact for families and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Coordinating administrative support for school events and activities (e.g. parent interviews, school photos)
Enrolments Focus
- Manage enrolment enquiries, applications, interviews and offers
- Coordinate Foundation enrolments, including information sessions and community promotion
- Maintain accurate enrolment databases, waitlists and records
- Liaise with families and leadership to support smooth transition into the school

Requirements:
Applicants must hold a current Working With Children Check and a National Police Check.
Salary and Conditions
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022, with this position classified as a Category B Education Support Employee – Level 3.
