YOUR ROLE
Join the Catholic Mission and Identity (CMI) team as Program Lead, Faith Leadership, and play a key role in strengthening mission-aligned leadership across Melbourne ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ Catholic Schools (ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ). You will plan, lead, and deliver strategic formation initiatives that enhance faith leadership across ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ schools, ensuring alignment with our ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ 2030 vision and the Faith Formation Framework, Forming Hearts.
In this highly collaborative and purposeful role, you will work closely with CMI Managers, school leaders, the Catholic ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ of Melbourne, and external partners to deliver impactful formation programs and projects. You will draw on your deep understanding of Catholic theology, strategic thinking, and project management to design and implement programs that shape the next generation of Catholic leaders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of faith leadership projects aligned with ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ 2030 strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with CMI Managers to implement leader formation programs grounded in theology and spirituality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, Archdiocesan partners, and key stakeholders to support project success.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with diverse audiences to promote mission-aligned leadership.
- Apply data, research, and feedback to evaluate impact and inform continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the liturgical and pastoral life of ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ and support cross-sector partnerships in evangelisation.
ABOUT YOU
- Practicing Catholic active in a Eucharistic community with a demonstrated commitment to the Church’s evangelising mission.
- Proven project leadership and planning experience in a faith-based or educational environment.
- Strong understanding of Catholic theology, liturgy, or Religious Education.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience using data and research to support continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
