St Columba鈥檚 College Ltd is a Catholic secondary girls鈥� school located in Essendon under the stewardship of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and conducted in the tradition of the Sisters of Charity.
Help us create a safe, compliant, and thriving school environment! We鈥檙e seeking a proactive Safety, Risk & Compliance Manager to lead health, safety, risk, and compliance initiatives across our College. This is a fixed term part time (0.5FTE) position until the end of 2026 commencing asap.
As the Safety, Risk and Compliance Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and workplace safety frameworks.
- Lead emergency planning, training, and incident reporting.
- Provide expert advice to leadership on risk and compliance strategies.
- Promote a strong safety culture across our community.
We are looking for:
- Qualifications in WHS, Risk, Compliance, or similar.
- Experience in safety, risk, and compliance management.
- Strong organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to child safety and inclusive practices.
