Key Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- A strong commitment to the ethos, values, and mission of Catholic education.
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school (or a willingness to obtain).
- Willingness to plan, implement, and assess effective and engaging teaching and learning programs in line with the ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement.Ìý
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.
- A passion for building a new school community and the resilience to navigate the challenges of a start-up environment.
- High expectations for all learners and a commitment to excellence and equity in education.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- Relevant teaching qualification(s)
- Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School (or willing to obtain this)
