Sacred Heart College is seeking an experienced and highly organised College Leadership Team (CLT) Assistant to provide professional and administrative support to our senior leaders. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of College leadership operations and the delivery of our strategic vision.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Deputy Principal – Student Programs and Staffing, the CLT Assistant works closely with the Deputy Principals and members of the College Leadership Team. The role provides a wide range of clerical, administrative, and coordination support across College initiatives, events, and governance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day calendars, correspondence, and College communications
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Preparing high-quality resources, presentations, and reports
- Supporting College-wide initiatives, projects, and events
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as a representative of the College
- Contributing to policy, procedure, and compliance processes
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of College systems and communications
ABOUT YOU
The successful applicant will bring:
- Previous experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, and the ability to optimise systems and practices
- A professional, proactive, and flexible approach to work
- A commitment to the mission and Mercy values of the College
Desirable:
- Administration experience in a school setting
- Membership of relevant professional networks
REQUIREMENTS
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Driver’s Licence
