We are seeking a Head of Admissions to commence in Term 3. The right person will be:

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full admissions journey, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and personalised experience for prospective students and their families
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow student enrolments across the College
- Initiate and drive improvements to enhance the enrolment process and experience
- Create and coordinate promotional initiatives to strengthen engagement with the local community
- Represent the College at internal and external events, including presenting to prospective families and community groups
- Contribute to the College’s marketing and communications efforts to effectively promote the College’s identity and offering
- Conduct enrolment analysis, forecasting, and data-informed reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor and achieve enrolment targets in line with College goals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely and compliant statistical and enrolment reporting
