Role Description/Criteria

St Martin of Tours Primary School Rosanna requires a passionate and committed teacher to join our team. We have three classes at each level, a total of 21 across the school. 

St Martin's prides itself on ensuring each child is supported and challenged in their learning. Our community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care. 

The successful applicant will need to: 

  • Demonstrate a commitment to the values and ethos of a Catholic school 
  • Be aware of / implementing the ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ 2030 Vision and 'Vision for Learning' framework
  • Have knowledge of Explicit Instruction and of the Victorian Curriculum 2.0 
  • Have a growing understanding of rich assessment strategies and analysis of these
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team 
  • Foster and develop professional relationships with students, staff and parents 
  • Be open to feedback and view themselves as a lifelong learner 

Special requirements: 

  • Hold a current VIT Registration 
  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education (or willing to gain Accreditation)
